It separates the water into Hydrogen and Oxygen gases [HHO], using DC electric power. HydroGen makes HHO gas on-demand from the stored soft water and dozing into the burning chamber or burner through air intake manifold; helps to reduce the fuel consumption and carbon emission. HHO is non-toxic gas and can be used as a supplement to any traditional fuel such as, diesel, petrol (gasoline) heavy oil, acetylene, propane etc.
Once the HHO is in the burning chamber, it helps to increase the flame spread (quicker and longer) during the combustion process / burning, which results in enhancing combustion, means fuel burn more efficiently and more complete – resulting boost the performance / efficiency by reducing fuel consumption, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, increasing heat calorific value, cooling the exhaust while drastically reducing emissions.
Oxy Hydrogen (HHO) Generator
- Increasing mileage or reducing the fuel consumption: HHO will reduce carbon monoxide up to 90%. Carbon monoxide is a fuel and HHO is a catalyst to promote its combustion. HHO does work as a fuel combustion enhancer.
- Reduce the Pollution: HHO will reduce HC or hydrocarbons in a range 10% to 90%.
- Reduce Particulates, HHO will reduce particulates, especially organic particulates in a range between 10% and 70%
- Reduce Exhaust Gas Temperature: HHO will reduce Exhaust gas temperature from 50 to 150 0 F, depending on engine load.
- Reduce Engine Noise:HHO will quiet (reducing noise) the engine down.
- Increase Horsepower:Horsepower is increased between 3% and 12% depending on the engine a grade of diesel used.
- Cleaning the Carbon Accumulation:HHO did improve and clean heavily carbonized engines. Often after weeks of running fuel efficiency increased through this cleaning process. In one case an improvement of 32% was obtained and when the unit was removed it still retained a 20% improvement.
- Off-line Carbon Cleaning:Carbon cleaning is recommended approximately at 25000 km for every vehicles and 500 to 750 hours for all construction, agricultural machineries and electric generators.
- HHO works best when an engine is at a certain speed or above. There we no benefits at idling speed
